Each group personal training membership includes unlimited strength training and high intensity fat burning sessions, which we call HURRICANES. We pride ourselves in our high energy, results driven, positive atmosphere!
TFW Barrie’s training sessions are very unique; designed to be challenging and effective, yet fun. The best part is that you will be training in an atmosphere with a group of people striving for the same goals as you.
