WE ARE NOT PERSONAL TRAINERS

WE ARE COACHES!

Why?

Because Trainers “Train” people…Coaches, CHANGE people! At TFW Barrie we don’t just train people, we change peoples lives. To truly change peoples lives in a positive way it takes much more than just a Personal Training Certification.

For this reason, TFW Barrie does not employ someone who just went out and got a weekend Personal Training Certification…we want to see something different in someone. We want to see passion, commitment and a true dedication to helping change peoples lives.

KAITLIN ANDERSON

COACH

Coach Kaitlin is a strong believer that “Movement is Medicine”. Growing up, sports and physical activity were Kaitlin’s way of life. It wasn’t until Kaitlin attended University where she learned the endless health benefits which fitness brings to one’s quality of life. This is where Kaitlin’s passion for fitness grew deeper and stronger, earning her degree in Physical Education. Kaitlin also holds a diploma in Massage Therapy and is a Registered Massage Therapist.

Kaitlin’s approach is to empower clients, challenge them, push them to their limits and overcome barriers they never thought possible. By incorporating knowledge of the body and proper mechanics, Kaitlin assists clients in achieving their goals through optimal movement patterns, better training techniques and rehabilitative approaches.

Kaitlin is about “POSITIVE ENERGY” and you will always see her coaching with a smile. Kaitlin believes that, “In medicine, there is no magical cure-all. But if there were one, physical activity would be it. No other therapy provides as many health benefits!”
