The 8 Week Challenge is a safe, introductory fitness program that produces results. The TFW program uses cardio sessions, weight training workouts, and nutrition to get you in shape. We run three 8 Week Challenges each year, usually in January, April and September – come join the fun and Bring Out The Warrior Within!
